Digital Proofing Album: After the session, you'll receive access to a digital proofing album containing a curated selection of images captured during the shoot. Take your time to browse through and choose your favorite moments to be edited.
Edited Images for Download: Once you've made your selections, your chosen images will undergo professional editing to enhance their beauty and ensure they shine. You'll then receive high-quality edited images ready for download and sharing with friends and family.

Travel Fee - For locations beyond our primary service areas, a mileage fee will cover travel expenses. Price: $0.70 per mile
Large Groups - An additional fee may apply for larger groups to accommodate extra time and editing.
Permit Fees - If your chosen location requires a photography or access permit, the client is responsible for covering this cost.

Booking & Payments
How do I book a session?
You can book a session by contacting me using the contact form on this website. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your date.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept cash, check, credit/debit cards, and zelle.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Life happens! If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 2 days notice, and your deposit will be transferred to a new date. Cancellations may result in forfeiting your deposit.
Session Details
What should I wear to my session?
Wear something that makes you feel confident and comfortable! Neutral tones and solid colors photograph well, and avoiding busy patterns or logos can keep the focus on you. Feel free to ask for wardrobe guidance based on your session type.
Can I bring props or pets?
Absolutely! Props can add a fun and personal touch to your photos. Bringing a pet may result in an additional fee. If you’d like to bring a pet, please let me know in advance so we can plan accordingly.
Can I include family or friends in my session?
Each session includes up to 4 people. For larger groups, an additional fee may apply. Contact me for details.
Editing & Delivery
How long does it take to receive my photos?
Standard editing time is 3 weeks. If you need your photos sooner, rush editing may be available for an additional fee.
How do I receive my final images?
You’ll receive a link to a private online gallery where you can view, download, and share your high-resolution photos.
Do you provide raw/unedited images?
No, I do not provide raw images. Each photo is professionally edited to ensure the highest quality.
Can I request additional edits after receiving my photos?
Light touch-ups are included, but extensive retouching (such as object removal or background alterations) may incur an additional fee. Let me know if you have specific requests!
Locations & Travel
Can I choose any location for my session?
Yes! You’re welcome to choose a meaningful location. If the location is outside of Sierra Vista, Benson, Tombstone, or Bisbee, a travel fee may apply.
What if the location requires a permit?
Some locations require a photography permit or entry fee. Clients are responsible for securing and paying any necessary fees before the session.
Weather & Rescheduling
What happens if the weather is bad?
If the forecast looks unfavorable, we’ll discuss options—rescheduling or finding an indoor location. I’ll work with you to ensure we get the best possible photos!
What if I’m running late to my session?
Please arrive on time to maximize your session. Arriving late may cut into your shooting time, as I may have other bookings scheduled. If you anticipate a delay, let me know as soon as possible!
